(London Gazette 18.3.1721): "Some Days ago Auditor General Dahlman returned from Petersbourg, and brought Advice, that his Czarish Majesty had declared himself not only desirous to settle a Cartel for the Exchange of Prisoners, but also to conclude a Cessation of Arms between the two Kingdoms: And his Swedish Majesty being no less inclined thereto, has been pleased, for negotiating this important Affair with Plenipotentiaries from the Czar, to name and appoint Count Lillienstedt and Baron Stromfelt to be his Plenipotentiaries: And accordingly they are to go over forthwith to meet the Russian Plenipotentiaries at Neustadt near Abo in Finland."
Tukholma 15.3. (London Gazette 4.4.1721): "This Morning Count Lilliested and Baron Strumfield set out for Grislehaven, whence they propose to pass over to Ahland, and thence to Finland, in order to open the Conferences which it has been agreed to hold at Neustat with the Muscovite Plenipotentiaries."
Tukholma 26.4. (London Gazette 13.5.1721): "Though the Wind has for several Days past been fair to bring Vessels from Ahland and Finland, yet there is hitherto no News come of the Swedish Plenipotentiaries being got over thither."
Tukholma 28.6. (London Gazette 11.7.1721): "On the 22d Instant an express arrived from Uma with an Account, that on the 18th a Muscovite Officer came over thither from Finland, and brought an Order to the Commander of the Muscovite Gallies to desist from all further Hostilities and return to Abo. We have not had Letters for several Days from Neustadt, by reason on contrary Winds."
